During his civil service career, Mr Khan renounced verdicts/judgements on Criminal cases, authorizing Police Officer to search of place suspected to contain stolen property, Search for persons wrongfully confined, exercised power to compel restoration of abducted females, Ordered for Summons or warrant in case of person not so present, Ordered for Imprisonment, exercised Magistracy Power to release persons imprisoned for failing to give security and granted Bail Petitions in Criminal cases. Mr Khan also worked directly with the Ministry of Land whilst in his civil service.

Bhuiyan Aupoo

Bhuyian Aupoo is the Solicitor and Director of Lextel Solicitors. He is currently appointed as SRA approved Manager. He has been Called to the Bar of England and Wales and has been published as a Barrister by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in March 2023.
He has been working in various legal areas and has gained enormous experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing matters. Bhuiyan deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing which includes freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, transfer of equity, Commercial Grant of Lease, Assignment, Transfer and Surrender.
He also has extensive knowledge and experience of processing all UK immigration and EU law applications, appeals and judicial review applications.
Bhuyian has advised a number of UK companies on Tier 2 compliance and high worth individuals on Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur Visas.
He also takes interest in all areas of family law including divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements.

Sharif Md Nurul Amin

Mr Sharif Amin is the founding Director and Principal Solicitor of Lextel Solicitors since September 2019. He was admitted as a Solicitor of Senior Courts of England and Wales in February 2013. Since then, he worked at different firms as different roles. He was also the founding Director of Commonwealth Chambers, a Solicitors firm and worked there until May 2020.
Mr Sharif Amin, during his educational journey, completed his LL.B and LL.M in University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He then completed further LL.B in University of Wolverhampton, UK. Mr Amin also completed Bar Vocational Course from then Inns of Courts of School of Law (ICSL) under City University. He was called to the Bar in 2004 at Lincoln’s Inn. Furthermore, Mr Amin obtained a Diploma in Human Rights from HEAB/Habitat International and has been undertaking training on professional development from time to time.
Mr Sharif Amin first started his professional life as an Advocate in Bangladesh. He enrolled himself as an advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council in 1994. He has been permitted to practise in the High Court of Bangladesh in 1995.
Mr Sharif Amin started his legal career in the UK since 2006. He set up his own Immigration firm and worked as an Immigration firm until he became a Solicitor in 2013.

Syed Enam Ahammad
Trainee Solicitor
Syed Enam Ahammad is currently working as a Trainee Solicitor at Lextel Solicitors.
Syed Enam Ahammad is also perusing his Research Degree (MPhil) in Law at the SOAS, University of London. His thesis title is “Institutionalised Islamophobia in local politics in Britain: A myth or reality?” While studying at SOAS, Syed was appointed as a Visiting Lecturer for Law at the University of Winchester. He was also a Lecturer for Law at the South Thames College, London.
Syed has experience of working for both local and central government in the UK. He has worked for the National Crime Agency (NCA), Home Secretary’s Parliamentary Team at the Home Office; and Housing and Children Services for some local authorities in Hampshire and London.
Syed completed his LLM in Human Rights Law from Queen Mary University of London. He also studied the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and LLB Law with International Relations in London Metropolitan University. Syed first graduated in 1999 under the National University of Bangladesh where studied the Bachelor of Social Science (BSS). Syed was also involved in politics and served as an elected Councillor in a local authority in London. His blogs and articles have been published in several papers and websites. His recent article on Genocide titled “Genocide: Causes behind a gravest State Crime” was published in a popular journal which has been indexed in Scopus.
Syed’s research interests are environmental law and human rights, racism, discrimination, race, religion, and political affairs in the UK and South Asia. Syed hobbies include long distance running and writing poetry.

Najmaldin Musa Abdul Karimhas
Trainee Solicitor
Najmaldin Musa Abdul Karimhas been currently working as a trainee solicitor at Lextel Solicitors in London. Mr Abdul Karim successfully completed the five-year National Strategy for Sustainable Solutions for Displaced Persons in Sudan in 2022. He is an experienced General Humanitarian Aid Commissioner who participated in high level experts and ministerial meetings to review the responses to drought in the IGAD region. He also attended and participated in the Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum in 2023. He also participated in the workshop in Juba, South Sudan to evaluate the implementation of Juba Peace Agreement between Sudan government and the Revolutionary Front in 2023.
In 2020 he played a key role in negotiations between the Sudan government and the Sudan People’s Libration Army. He is also participated in Jeddah negotiations venue between Sudan government and the Rapid Support Forces in 2023.
Mr Abdul Karim studied Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at London Metropolitan University. He studied International Commercial Law, LLM at the University of Westminster (London). He has a Diploma in Transportation from Om Durban Ahia University in 1995. Currently Mr Abdul Karim has been engaged in different areas of Law such as IMMIGRATION & Nationality Law, Property Law, Property Conveyancing matters, Family and Child Law, Ancillary Relief under Family disputes, Employment Law and Housing Law cases.
