Mr Sharif Amin is the founding Director and Principal Solicitor of Lextel Solicitors since September 2019. He was admitted as a Solicitor of Senior Courts of England and Wales in February 2013. Since then, he worked at different firms as different roles. He was also the founding Director of Commonwealth Chambers, a Solicitors firm and worked there until May 2020.

Mr Sharif Amin, during his educational journey, completed his LL.B and LL.M in University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He then completed further LL.B in University of Wolverhampton, UK. Mr Amin also completed Bar Vocational Course from then Inns of Courts of School of Law (ICSL) under City University. He was called to the Bar in 2004 at Lincoln’s Inn. Furthermore, Mr Amin obtained a Diploma in Human Rights from HEAB/Habitat International and has been undertaking training on professional development from time to time.

 Mr Sharif Amin first started his professional life as an Advocate in Bangladesh. He enrolled himself as an advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council in 1994. He has been permitted to practise in the High Court of Bangladesh in 1995.

 Mr Sharif Amin started his legal career in the UK since 2006. He set up his own Immigration firm and worked as an Immigration firm until he became a Solicitor in 2013.

Bhuyian Aupoo is the Solicitor and Director of Lextel Solicitors. He is currently appointed as SRA approved Manager. He has been Called to the Bar of England and Wales and has been published as a Barrister by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in March 2023.

He has been working in various legal areas and has gained enormous experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing matters.  Bhuiyan deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing which includes freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, transfer of equity, Commercial Grant of Lease, Assignment, Transfer and Surrender.

He also has extensive knowledge and experience of processing all UK immigration and EU law applications, appeals and judicial review applications.

Bhuyian has advised a number of UK companies on Tier 2 compliance and high worth individuals on Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur Visas.

He also takes interest in all areas of family law including divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements.

Bhuyian a friendly and approachable individual who is extremely determined and hardworking. With his excellent academic record and considerable legal experience, Mohammad Nur Uddin is one of the key members of our Immigration Team. He is a very determined and highly motivated person who takes his job seriously at all times. He is a supportive and easy-going person to be worked with. Zahid enjoys a busy practice of law with a focus on immigration and property law. He has been called as a Barrister from The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in this Easter Term call (May) 2022. Though, He accepts instructions in all of the firm’s practice areas. But, He particularly enjoyed the work on a civil matter. He is a “natural advocate” who has an “ability to remain calm under pressure”,

Before practice, He worked for various organizations in campaigning and advocacy. He is a founder & chairman of a registered youth-based charity that is operating in three countries currently and serving more than ten thousand youth around the world. He was the president of the Bangladesh society of BPP University as well as He was the elected representative in NUS ( National Union of Students ) for the University of East London. On the other hand, he has proved his commitment to the community by working as a frontline worker and volunteer during the pandemic.

Zahid graduated from the University of London in Law and won the best debater award from the DCLE campus. He has studied the BTC (Barrister Training course )  at BPP University London campus. before that, He has also finished his master’s in law at the University of East London.

As a caseworker, Rabi began working for Lextel in February 2023. He is eager to learn more about the firm’s family law and business contract conveyancing practises.

Rabi formerly worked as a fee earner at Law Dale Solicitors, where he handled administrative reviews and asylum applications. When working at Universal Solicitors, Rabi provided immigration law assistance to clients.

At Goldsmiths, Rabi completed his LLB. He is currently enrolled in the University of Law’s LPC programme.

Hafiz Ali is one of the key members of our Immigration Team. He is a very determined and highly motivated person who takes his job seriously at all times. He is supportive and easy-going person to work with. He is experienced in all types of Immigration works.

Graduated from University of Law in 2022 in LPC LL.M. Since then, he has been working in different roles in the different law firms. Experienced in different aspects of law including both residential and commercial transactions, immigration and family law. His presentation before the Courts is really remarkable and convincing.

Mr Rahman has been very successful now-a-days in dealing with the Deportation and Removal Direction cases. Fairly recently one person has been released by his persistent knocking to the UK Border Agency who has been scheduled to have been deported by Biman Bangladesh Airlines.

Mr Rahman excels in drafting Commercial Lease/Licence, Tenancy Agreement and opening up a new company as he has a specialisation on Company Law from the University of London with Merit grade. Fairly recently, he has served his clients on Assignment of Lease in a massive scales and his clients are very happy with his expert services.

He possesses an LLB (Hon’s) and LLM from the Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh respectively in 1995 and 1996. He competed for the BCS exam and was selected as an Assistant Judge in the Bangladesh Judiciary and has served there for long three years unto 2001 when he came to the UK for pursuing Bar-at-Law. When he left Bangladesh for UK he served at Narayanganj Judgeship as Senior Assistant Judge.

He stood First among all the judges in the 26th Foundation Training Course conducted by the BPATC, Savar in 2000 and was accorded Rector’s Medal. Thereafter, he has completed another LLB (Hon’s) from the University of London, UK. Then he has successfully pursued the Bar-at-Law Course from the ICSL under City University. Mr Rahman has completed another LLM with specialisation on Company, Commercial Arbitration and Telecommunications Laws from the University of London International Programmes with Merit Grade and Distinction Grade on Telecommunications Law.

In summary, Mr Rahman is very much competent to handle any of the complex issues on Immigration of any kind, Family matters of any dispute, complex and complicated Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Lease/Licence Dispute and any other kind of cases.
