Mr Khan awarded with Upper Second class (2:1) LLB (Hons) in Law at London Metropolitan University in 2015 and successfully completed LPC (Legal Professional Course) from London Metropolitan University and Professional Skills Courses (PSC) from BPP University, London and become of a Member of Lincoln’s INN to accomplish the Barrister Transfer Test (BTT). Mr Khan was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2020. During the course of academic of his qualifications, Mr Khan commenced legal practice at Finsbury Law Solicitors in North London and worked at renowned Toynbee Hall in East London. Subsequently, Mr Khan joined at Law Dale Solicitors, London.

Mr Khan later, become an Executive Director of LEXTEL Solicitors who possessed a period of approximately 17 years of experience, practising mainly in Immigration Law including all Entry Clearance applications, Point Based System, Human Rights, British Nationality including Child’s Registration as British Citizenship under Home Secretary’s discretion and EEA/EU law including derivative rights.

Since 2005 alongside with studies Mr Khan had been working in several legal fields. Mr Khan successfully obtained THREE GRADUATIONS from three different fields; namely: LAW, SCIENCE and COMMERCE. Mr Khan also graduated with Bachelor of Science (BSc-Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and obtained Master of Science (MSc) with (First Class). Mr Khan also achieved successfully Pre-PhD in 2004.

Mr Khan joined in 2005 in 24^th Batch under Administration Cadre as an Assistant Commissioner and Magistrate in Bangladesh which is well-known as Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) under the Government of Bangladesh (GoB). During his civil service career, Mr Khan renounced verdicts/judgements on Criminal cases, authorizing Police Officer to search of place suspected to contain stolen property, Search for persons wrongfully confined, exercised power to compel restoration of abducted females, Ordered for Summons or warrant in case of person not so present, Ordered for Imprisonment, exercised Magistracy  Power to release persons imprisoned for failing to give security and granted Bail Petitions in Criminal cases. Mr Khan also worked directly with the Ministry of Land whilst in his civil service.

Bhuyian Aupoo is the Solicitor and Director of Lextel Solicitors. He is currently appointed as SRA approved Manager. He has been Called to the Bar of England and Wales and has been published as a Barrister by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in March 2023.

He has been working in various legal areas and has gained enormous experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing matters.  Bhuiyan deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing which includes freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, transfer of equity, Commercial Grant of Lease, Assignment, Transfer and Surrender.

Mr Sharif Amin is the founding Director and Principal Solicitor of Lextel Solicitors since September 2019. He was admitted as a Solicitor of Senior Courts of England and Wales in February 2013. Since then, he worked at different firms as different roles. He was also the founding Director of Commonwealth Chambers, a Solicitors firm and worked there until May 2020.

Mr Sharif Amin, during his educational journey, completed his LL.B and LL.M in University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He then completed further LL.B in University of Wolverhampton, UK. Mr Amin also completed Bar Vocational Course from then Inns of Courts of School of Law (ICSL) under City University. He was called to the Bar in 2004 at Lincoln’s Inn. Furthermore, Mr Amin obtained a Diploma in Human Rights from HEAB/Habitat International and has been undertaking training on professional development from time to time.

 Mr Sharif Amin first started his professional life as an Advocate in Bangladesh. He enrolled himself as an advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council in 1994. He has been permitted to practise in the High Court of Bangladesh in 1995.

 Mr Sharif Amin started his legal career in the UK since 2006. He set up his own Immigration firm and worked as an Immigration firm until he became a Solicitor in 2013.

Mr Sumon, is a solicitor and founding member. He has a substantial interest and specialises in Commercial, Civil Litigation, Property (Residential and Commercial), Family, Employment, Crime and Immigration. He has handled complex cases. He is skilled at building consensus through negotiation and aiding the parties to achieve their objectives and has a solid ability to oversee and estimate the financial aspect of litigation. In addition to the above, Sumon has excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, communication, management, and advocacy skills. He is further developing his skills in Immigration and Crime. His outstanding knowledge and background in IT and Business make Sumon an all-around professional entrepreneur.

Zahid enjoys a busy practice of law with a focus on immigration and property law. He has been called as a Barrister from The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in this Easter Term call (May) 2022. Though, He accepts instructions in all of the firm’s practice areas. But, He particularly enjoyed the work on a civil matter. Before practice, He worked for various organizations in campaigning and advocacy. He is a founder & chairman of a registered youth-based charity that is operating in three countries currently and serving more than ten thousand youth around the world. He was the president of the Bangladesh society of BPP University as well as He was the elected representative in NUS ( National Union of Students ) for the University of East London. On the other hand, he has proved his commitment to the community by working as a frontline worker and volunteer during the pandemic.

Zahid graduated from the University of London in Law and won the best debater award from the DCLE campus. He has studied the BTC (Barrister Training course )  at BPP University London campus. before that, He has also finished his master’s in law at the University of East London.
